You may only use our services for purposes that are legal in our jurisdiction. We do not offer bulletproof hosting. If we receive valid legal complaints, we may take action, including suspension or termination.

2. No Logging

We do not collect or store any logs. This includes but is not limited to traffic data, connection timestamps, IP addresses, payment logs, or user activity.

3. Anonymous Usage

Our services are designed for anonymous use. You are not required to submit any personal information to use or maintain service.

4. Payment

Payments are handled by external providers. We do not process or store any payment-related information. All sales are final, and no refunds are issued once a service is active.

5. Abuse & Prohibited Content

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination:

• Hosting or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Running or participating in DDoS attacks
• Phishing or fraud-related content
• Spam or bulk unsolicited messages
• Malware, ransomware, or spyware distribution
• Hosting bulletproof or "no rules" content
• Operating marketplaces for illegal goods (e.g. drugs, weapons)

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any service if it violates these terms or creates risk for our network.

7. No Guarantees

Our services are provided "as is" with no guarantees of uptime, performance, or availability. Use at your own risk.
